As a new trimester approaches, renewed academic momentum builds across Krea. Faculty have contributed through international conference presentations and new publications spanning Finance, Psychology, Environmental Studies, and Literature. Alumni achievements, including selection to the GLO VirtYS programme, reflect Krea’s growing global research reach. On campus, Wellbeing Week and career talks fostered holistic learning and engagement. Interdisciplinary collaborations through academic seminars and upcoming talks continue to strengthen connections across disciplines, keeping the campus network active, reflective, and forward-looking.

Dr Narbadeshwar Mishra, IFMR Graduate School of Business (GSB) PhD alum, has been selected as a GLO Affiliate under the 2025–26 Global Labor Organization (GLO) Virtual Young Scholars Programme (GLO VirtYs). Through this 10-month international research and mentoring initiative, Dr Mishra will have opportunities to engage with leading researchers working on topics at the intersection of labour, development, and public policy worldwide.

Professor Jayaram Ramakrishnan, Professor of Practice, Finance, IFMR GSB, has authored a chapter titled A Three-Pronged Strategy for Production Cost Optimisation in MSMEs & Role of CMAs, in the special publication Role of CMAs in Viksit Bharat 2047, published by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI). The book was launched by the Honourable Governor of West Bengal Dr CV Ananda Bose at Governor’s House, Kolkata on 17 October 2025.

Dr Chirag Dhara, Assistant Professor, Environmental Studies, School of Interwoven Arts and Sciences (SIAS), has co-authored two scientific papers.
