ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Nandini Nair is the Associate Director of the New India Foundation, and a literary critic. She has been an arts journalist for nearly two decades, having worked previously for Open Magazine, The Indian Express and The Hindu.
She founded a monthly book event, Talking Books Pune, to foster serious conversations between authors and readers in an informal setting.
Over the last decade, to engage with the younger generation, and to use reading and writing as a means for critical thinking, she has taught a course Elements of Writing to postgraduate students in Delhi, Leh and Nigeria.
